About

I am a therapist who deeply believes in everyone's ability to grow and change. I believe in our ability to evolve even when faced with seemingly insurmountable challenges. In my practice we focus on breaking down these challenges into manageable pieces and accessing the solutions that are already within.

I work with a wide range of ages, older children to adults. I focus on life stage transitions such as emerging adulthood, parenting, and loss. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities, such as Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness-based CBT, and principles of Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.

We are living through extraordinary times and I believe building connections with one another is how we get through.
