All of us have the "tools" within us to help ourselves. As a psychotherapist, I will help you find those inner "tools" and we will use them to guide you through emotional difficulties, relationship issues and many of the other challenges we face in life. I have worked with varied clients from ages 12 to 65, providing psychotherapy for a variety of reasons. I have experience in working with clients who may be suffering from depression, anxiety, or dealing with loss and grief, or family conflicts. I have also worked with clients who are dually diagnosed and new mothers suffering from postpartum depression.By working together we will be able to overcome the obstacles you are facing.
