My approach is open communication and complete transparency. My hope for you is to be your guide through your healing journey and assist you in gaining the knowledge and ability to voice your needs and prioritize your well-being. I believe in the power of change through self-awareness. With patience and the right skill set, anyone can overcome the challenges that trauma, untreated mental health conditions and addiction can cause. Throughout my experience I have expanded my therapeutic approaches and specialties to include, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Strengths Based Therapy and Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS Care). As a social worker and therapist, I have learned that all individuals are unique, healing and overall mental and emotional health take time, but can be accomplished.
