Life's most challenging moments can cause uncertainty, discomfort, stagnation, and distress. However, with support, these challenges can also lead to growth, self-reflection, and change. I work with adolescents and adults that are seeking support while they navigate difficult life transitions, heal from trauma, explore identity, or live with anxiety, depression, and family conflict among other challenges. It is my hope that we can work together to identify patterns in your life that no longer serve you, develop realistic and values-guided coping skills, and foster deeper connections with yourself and with those around you. My working style utilizes a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach that encourages growth and healing. I use a blend of evidence-based tools tailored to your individual goals such as Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and expressive art in therapy. Clients can expect me to balance compassion, humor, and radical empathy within the therapeutic relationship. I truly believe that my clients are the experts of their own experiences, and I seek to meet each person where they're at. It is my goal that we work collaboratively to create a space that is conducive to fostering both empowerment and vulnerability.
