If you are struggling with conflicts within your family or struggling with your own personal mental health, you are not alone. A case study in 2020 showed that mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, tripled in adults during the pandemic. This also includes a flare up in conflicts between couples and families. These situations can become overwhelming at times and seeking help from a counseling professional may be the hardest step to take, however, it will also be the most rewarding. You are not in this alone. I am here to walk with you. My goal is to help you and your family alleviate your stress, anxiety, and to overcome the family conflicts that is stopping you from living in peace and loving each other to the fullest. I received my Master of Arts in Counseling from MidAmerica Nazarene University specializing in Marriage, Couples, and Families. I am the youngest of five and have been married for 24 years. I served my country for 20 years and now I would love to serve you and walk by your side as you discover your true purpose and start to live your best life.
