I am here to help get your life in balance. There are infinite ways in which this can happen. We will work to identify the pathway forward that is the most comfortable and appropriate for your situation. There are often aspects of your life that have layers interwoven below the surface of what may be presenting. Rarely is the journey linear or one solution that meets all your goals and needs. We say "It takes a village", I am here to help you through the process of change as you work to adjust, transition, and create the best version of yourself. I worked in crisis stabilization, hold 2 state licenses in Clinical MH & Substance Use. I'm trained & skilled in multiple clinical modalities. I too have made mistakes & experienced hardships, all of which have required perseverance, mindset, hope, and determination to overcome. I understand that you don't know me, may be vulnerable, down on yourself, frustrated beyond your control, and confused about how you got to this point. I am here to help you put things back in order. Together we will build a professional relationship balanced by acceptance, trust, hope, skill acquisition,and a belief that life can and will be better.
