About

Therapy is both, an art and a science. Effective therapy is both, laborious and liberating; while an effective therapist is someone who has experience, knowledge, wisdom, awareness, humility, empathy, compassion, and what we in the field call "unconditional positive regard" for clients. Lastly, an effective client (read: possibly you) is anyone who seeks to foster self-awareness, self-care, self-actualization, and self-love. You deserve happiness, fulfillment, integrity, and peace. Perhaps this sounds trite and rhetorical, but give it some further consideration in your gut and in your soul: Listen to what each is yearning for.

Depending on your specific goals, needs, history, demos, etc., I will employ various methods of and approaches to counseling and psychotherapy that will work for you at our mutual understanding and agreement.

Effective therapy is hard: It's deeply personal, intellectually probing, emotionally scary, and requires, among other things, a genuine commitment. But the commitment (read: investment) is so worth it, especially when the therapy is right for you, whether as an individual, couple, or polycule.
