About
I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California. My hope is to create a safe and nurturing environment for individuals that are looking for guidance towards a healthier way of processing and coping. Everyone has the ability to work through issues and create a new goal of improved mental health. I have experience in working with older adults, the LGBTQ community and the Latinx community. The focus of my practice has been trauma, depression, anxiety and mood disorders, always working through a trauma informed, solution focused lens. You don't have to feel alone or un-heard.
