I lead a group of mental health providers with ample experience working with people from different cultural and ethnic backgrounds, gender identities, sexual orientations, and family structures. We believe that "every difficulty in life presents us with an opportunity to turn inward and to invoke our own inner resources" (Epitectus). View 11 Photos All clinicians in my group are fully bilingual (English and Spanish) and can conduct sessions in either language. We offer Psychoanalysis, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, CBT, DBT, Relationship Coaching, and Support Groups. We also work closely with a psychiatrist in case our patients need medication management. We offer a sliding scale. As you take the first step in a journey of self discovery and transformation, let us help you untangle the knots that keep you from verbalizing your needs and feelings. If you cannot put into words what you feel, and your hopes and fears, you may act in ways you don't understand or experience anxiety, anger and relational issues, among other afflictions.
