Hi, thank you for being here! I understand that this journey through life can be difficult at times and I would like to be a supporting guide to assist you through it. I believe that everyone holds the key to their mental health and, with a bit of guidance, they are able to unlock positive personal growth. I will work with you to provide the support you need to achieve your goals - whatever they are! I have experience working in many different settings such as psychiatric emergency rooms, substance abuse treatment programs, and with survivors of domestic violence and sexual violence. I enjoy supporting clients with depression, stress management, anxiety, relationships, self esteem, trauma, and substance use concerns. I believe that it is important to establish healthy relationships with clients look forward to getting to know you and how to best support you. I value that I am an LGBTQAI+ safe therapist. As a queer woman of color, I also understand the importance of someone's unique diverse and cultural experiences.
