About

Welcome! Whether you are starting therapy for the first time or looking for a fresh start, I'm here to support you in finding a path to a life that feels meaningful and joyful. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from New York University and have worked with a wide range of ages and specialties. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can freely express yourself without judgment, where you can explore your thoughts and emotions openly, while working on your personal growth.

In working with my clients, I adopt an integrative approach that is tailored to meet their unique needs. I draw on a variety of modalities including Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Psychodynamic theories. Together we will build tools and strategies, guiding you towards a deeper understanding of yourself.

I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. I am here to support you in whatever way I can throughout the process. We can work together to help you feel more understood, empowered, and supported on your journey towards well-being. Whatever it is you are going through, know you do not have to face it alone.
