About

Parenting a child or teen who is struggling emotionally can feel overwhelming. Whether it’s anxiety, low self-esteem, or behavioral challenges, it’s hard to see your child in distress and even harder to know how to help. Many parents feel unsure of where to start or worry they’re running out of tools to support their child. As a Licensed Psychologist with training from Harvard Medical School’s McLean Hospital, my goal is to work alongside you and your family to navigate these challenges. Together, we’ll build on your strengths to foster growth, resilience, and stronger connections.

I work with children and teens navigating a variety of emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges, including OCD, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism. I also offer parent coaching to support families in creating positive change. Additionally, I provide care for women managing pregnancy, postpartum, and fertility-related concerns.

As a parent, I understand how hard it can be to watch your child struggle and how daunting it feels to trust someone with their care. I’m committed to providing a supportive and compassionate space where children and teens can build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and strengthen family relationships. Let’s work together to help your child thrive.
