About

Feeling overwhelmed by your adult child's struggles to gain independence? Struggling to find the right balance in your relationship or family dynamics? You don’t need to face these challenges alone. You deserve a supportive space where your voice is heard, your experiences are validated, and your strengths are recognized. Together, we can explore what’s beneath the surface and create a personalized approach to help you move forward.

I am an Attending Psychologist at Montefiore Medical Center, where I also work with couples and non-custodial fathers. My primary focus is helping parents of adult children with "Failure to Launch." I completed my postdoc at Yale University Child Study Center, with advanced training in psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

Whether you are a parent struggling with the challenges of supporting an adult child, a couple seeking to rebuild connection, or an individual looking for meaningful change, I offer an empathetic, warm, and collaborative approach.
