We assist you by giving you the tools and resources that are needed to strengthen your mindset daily, allowing you to increase your confidence in yourself and your abilities to take control of your life and make the best decisions possible for your overall health and well-being. I treat individuals struggling with addiction, sex therapy, anxiety, depression, domestic violence and abuse, low self-esteem, anger management, racial issues, women/men issues, codependency and relationship conflict, marital/divorce counseling, narcissistic abuse recovery, and other life stressors. We also treat trauma extensively, offering EMDR treatment. My goal is to help you recognize and achieve your full potential, attain your personal goals, and enhance your relationship with yourself and others.
