As a military veteran and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I understand life circumstances can often leave you feeling overwhelmed and at times defeated. Know these obstacles do not have to be permanent. I strongly believe with compassion, encouragement, and vulnerability an individual can overcome life's hurdles and reach their fullest potential. I assist clients with setting realistic therapeutic goals which ultimately restores their confidence and trust not only in themselves but in others as well. My approach is to provide each client with the effective techniques required to have a well balanced self empowered life. I have several years of clinical experience and have worked individuals who struggle with substance abuse as well as their families. I also offer treatment to at risk youth, people experiencing mood disorders, ADHD, and anxiety. As a trained EMDR therapist, I also offer treatment to clients with trauma. I am also a certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator. I am passionate and dedicated to the therapeutic process. I am empathetic to each of my clients and their individual circumstances. I will offer you a safe space to be vulnerable and share your needs. I look forward to working with you to achieve the goals you set for yourself along this journey.
