Hello! I'm a licensed psychologist that focuses on adults via individual and couples psychotherapy. I received my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from an APA accredited program. I work from a psychodynamic and developmental perspective to assist my clients in gaining insight into how past experiences impact their current life. Once insight is achieved, motivation to change facilitates progress and increases well-being. Empowering my clients to be active participants in their care is crucial for enabling them to gain control of their lives and make the necessary changes to increase happiness. Email is the best way to reach me. In forming a secure therapeutic relationship, I provide a non-judgmental space for my clients to discover who they are. I challenge my clients to explore the differences between "what do you want to do" versus "what are you willing to do." Through unconditional positive regard and achieved self-acceptance, goals can be accomplished. Services available virtually, in-person at the Dallas location, or in-person at the Fort Worth location. If you're ever wondering why you think, believe, or feel things a certain way, I'm here to help you discover the "why" and then discover the "how." Once this insight is achieved, changes can be made for the better!
