Welcome! I am Shelley Jackson and am looking forward to meeting you. I have over 20 years counseling experience working with children and adults. I believe in the inherent good in all people and want to help you live a life worth living. I treat my clients, whether adults or children, with deep respect and offer you a safe place in which to process your problems. I offer you my unconditional positive regard and genuineness as a person. I believe our relationship is the most important part of counseling and to that end I bring 100% of myself into our sessions. I have worked as a school counselor and am a registered play therapist (RPT). Currently, I am an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor-Texas) and an LCMHC supervisor in Vermont. My focus is working with adolescents and adults in a variety of ways. I use interactive activities and expressive arts in my counseling as well as psychodrama and sand tray. Seeking therapy takes courage. My focus is to provide a safe and compassionate space for you to heal, grow, and find solace. Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, or any other difficulties, you deserve to be heard, understood, and supported. I encourage you to reach out to me, so we can embark on this journey together.
