I am passionate about collaborating with you to provide evidence-based treatment that meets your needs. I use a cognitive behavioral approach (CBT) with a systemic lens to always consider the context in which a person lives. I believe that individuals are shaped by their experiences, as well as their interactions with the significant people and systems in their lives, and we have to take that context into account when addressing your problems to create the change you want to see. I work with my clients to identify what's getting in the way of living the life you want and help you learn strategies to overcome those challenges. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults on a wide variety of issues. I particularly enjoy working with individuals and families affected by anxiety and/or ADHD. Together, we can create a plan that builds on your strengths to move you towards your goals. Therapy is a partnership that relies on both of us bringing our expertise into the room. You are the expert on your life- it is my role to apply the theory and techniques of treatment to best fit you. I aim to create a space you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and am grateful to be a part of that process.
