About

My clients often come to me feeling stuck, in patterns, relationships, and difficult feelings. They may feel disconnected from community, grieving a loss, uncertain how to navigate life's transitions, burned out by work or school, needing to address cultural and communication challenges, unfulfilled by lifelong coping strategies, or feel a general lack of vibrancy in life. They are seeking something different, new, and more alive. In this compassion and curious space, where no subject is “too much", we unravel together what feels stuck and find opportunities for something new.

My practice is dedicated to supporting individuals and couples in high stress, high performance work environments (including medical professionals, creatives and entrepreneurs), major life transitions (including divorce, relocation, health changes), relational and cultural challenges, trauma and grief. I also hold spaces for those preparing for end of life.

In addition to my practice, I teach, supervise, consult and coach. I also bring with me over 10 years of experience in NGOs & medical organizations, and have lived and worked on 4 continents. If you'd like to see if we might be a good fit on your therapeutic journey, reach out to schedule a free consultation.
