About

Welcome. I can help you explore why you are feeling or thinking how you are and provide the tools to work on becoming a better you. I established the Well-Being Amid Multiple Adverse Risk Theory and the permanence Model. I have spent many years observing and working with children and young adults with autism spectrum disorder, adults with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma disorders, spirituality concerns, work adversity, family dynamic issues, emotional disturbances, LGBTQ+, public service and safety workers, jail/prison population, Bipolar I and II, ADHD and adjustment disorders.

I am a licensed general psychologist with an integrative therapeutic approach. I help by applying evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions to enhance subjective and objective well-being.

Person-centered planning, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, psychoeducation, skill-building, and distress tolerance are just a few tools I use to encourage individuals to create a treatment plan, explore, and process new or difficult situations, thoughts, and/or feelings.
