I work remotely via Zoom and Tele-sessions My approach to therapy includes treating the whole person. I am well versed in cognitive behavioral therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (for trauma), thought field therapy, acupressure for emotional release, mindfulness, and humanistic therapy. In addition to traditional therapy, I also incorporate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Energy Psychology, and Thought Field Therapy (TFT).
