Dr. Reza Kazemi-Mohammadi, Ph.D. is a Licensed Counselor Professional (LPC). Reza received his Master's degree in Counseling Psychology at Southern Methodist University. He received his doctoral degree in Family Studies at Texas Woman's University. Reza works with individuals, families, adolescents, and couples. He strives to help people find meaning and motivation in life situations, using approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). He has advanced training in sexual therapy, and his areas of interest also include working with the LGBT community. Dr. Kazemi-Mohammadi, enjoys working with clients of all ages, and he remains flexible and adaptable when working with clients on a wide range of behavioral, sexual, and mental issues. His strong interpersonal skills allow him to communicate clearly, listen well, quickly develop rapport, and share ideas. He strives to help clients take a new perspective, and he provides them with tools, techniques and resources for managing their problems. He has a deep understanding of the psychology, human behaviors, and interpersonal dynamics through extensive academic studies including his current doctoral research.
