As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and clinical pastoral counselor, I work with individuals, couples and families to resolve common human problems. I believe you will benefit from the clinical competence, experience and maturity gained from more than forty years in practice, and will quickly realize I sincerely care about you. When you reach out to me, I will do my best to respond promptly, without your waiting too long for an appointment. Don't be surprised if I personally answer the phone. Depression, anxiety and exhaustion can be a consequence of unresolved conflict, painful loss, overthinking, worrying, procrastinating, people-pleasing, approval-seeking, and care-taking. The focus of counseling is healthier self-care. Working with a seasoned counselor can be an important step toward greater happiness and fulfillment. Trust the process. You will enjoy the convenience of online scheduling with availability from 7:00am to 9:00pm weekdays and 8am to 6:00pm Saturdays. I work from home to remain close to my wife of over 40 years who is bedridden with MS, and I'm able to pursue my work with support from her able care assistants. Clients seem to enjoy telehealth. They come back and refer friends.
