About

I am a clinical psychologist working with individuals of all ages, including adolescents, adults, & children. I treat a range of mood, anxiety, & other complex mental health concerns. This includes those who experience treatment-resistant presentations, challenges with the intensity of their emotional experiences, & difficulties in relationships, as well as those seeking to engage in dynamic self-exploration. I believe in supporting patients holistically, and work with individuals and families across the lifespan on identity factors, neurodiversity, and medical concerns relating to and impacting their mental health and well-being.

I provide individual psychotherapy, couples therapy, parent work, & family therapy. I am intensively trained to deliver structured treatments including DBT, CBT, & trauma-focused therapies, as well as psychodynamic psychotherapy. This often involves understanding how past experiences impact your life now, in order to make the changes you want in your life.

Underlying my approach is an open, supportive, & non-judgmental stance. I believe in collaborating with patients & families on identifying the most effective approach to care, & tailoring evidence-based treatments to meet individual circumstances and needs. In addition to my NY-based private practice, I am an Assistant Professor at Yale School of Medicine.
