We all go through stressful & sometimes traumatic experiences in our lives. Therapy is a space for dealing with hardship and also creating a meaningful life and relationships through an authentic, supportive partnership. In my practice, we work on healing the past, and also building toward the future you want. My approach to therapy is guided by Gestalt, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), & somatic approaches to therapy. I am trained as an EMDR therapist and love using this approach with clients.
