About

Vulnerability drives the therapeutic process which leads to personal growth and transformation, however, the path to vulnerability lies in the collaborative relationship between the therapist and the client. It is essential to understand that the journey toward healing starts with a deeper understanding of oneself, followed by acceptance of who you are before any positive change can be achieved. The central themes and patterns that we develop during the early stage of our lives play a vital role in the quality of relationships that we develop with ourselves and others as we transcend into our adulthood.

In therapy, I employ an integrative approach that draws from cognitive-behavioral, strength-based & client-centered theories. Through this approach, I hope to provide you with the tools to strengthen your emotional regulation skills, reframe negative thought patterns, and integrate present awareness to minimize stress and rumination patterns.

I understand that seeking help can be difficult and filled with uncertainty. I want to acknowledge your bravery in taking this first step. Through compassion, I hope to meet you where you are at and create a safe, supportive, comfortable, and meaningful space for you as you navigate your journey of self-discovery and healing.
