About

Deciding to pursue therapy or assessment can feel like a daunting process. I work with clients to identify barriers in the way of a meaningful life. I apply evidence-based skills and strategies to increase mindfulness, clarify and re-engage with values, and begin to relate differently to yourself and others with acceptance, flexibility, curiosity and self-compassion. I attend closely to individual, contextual and multicultural factors when considering how best to approach treatment. I'm a fit for clients willing to do the work in and between sessions and who are open to considering the root of their suffering from new perspectives. View 7 Photos

I have several years of experience diagnosing and treating anxiety, depression, complex trauma/PTSD and personality disorder, grief, adjustment to life with chronic illness, relationship difficulties, life and career transitions, burnout and perfectionism, OCD and related issues, emotion dysregulation, and neurodivergence (primarily ADHD and Autism).

I work to model my humanness, and live the strategies I teach. I treat adults (college aged and older) using evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other contextually-focused, mindfulness and trauma based approaches.
