About

I am not accepting new clients at this time. I specialize in working with adolescents (13+) and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma and difficulties managing emotions and behaviors. I specialize in working with children of immigrants/ second generation folks on a range of issues. I used evidence-based treatments such as, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness based approaches. Through a collaborative approach, I can help you develop skills to more effectively cope and create meaningful life changes.

I use a warm, nonjudgmental, and culturally sensitive approach to help you better understand your own emotional and behavioral patterns. I encourage my clients to take an active role in setting goals and making steps towards change.

Finding the right therapist can be overwhelming, and I am here to help. I offer a free 20 minutes complimentary phone call where we can discuss your needs and see if we are a good fit.
