Nov 17 Update: Tuesday availability. I help those struggling with anxiety, trauma, grief, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. In a fast-paced culture, we often feel pressured to achieve, impress, and perform. It is essential to have a space to slow down and explore challenging aspects of our lives, be it within ourselves, our relationships, academic and professional realms, or past life experiences that continue to have an impact today. Therapy provides a safe environment to identify and work through these challenges and learn skills that can shift our thoughts and behaviors in a healthy direction. Throughout my work and training in college counseling centers and both residential and outpatient settings, I’ve helped individuals gain clarity and create positive changes in their lives. Clients have addressed relational patterns and ways of thinking and behaving, that have led to increased confidence, boundary-setting, and personal growth. I foster a warm and collaborative therapeutic relationship with my clients, while incorporating CBT, DBT, developmental, and attachment-based theories and skills into sessions. I have a special interest in working with students (undergrad/grad) and professionals who are navigating life transitions/are exploring their mental health for the first time.
