My name is Dr. Mini and I am a Licensed Psychologist with a passion for helping people on their mental health journeys. Anxiety and depression are on the rise leaving many people feeling inadequate, vulnerable, and helpless. Unfortunately, many of us suffer because we don’t have the proper guidance or tools to manage. I help clients learn to overcome fear, worry, anxiety, panic, and other challenges by working with each person based on their own personal needs. My ultimate goal in treatment is to help clients access internal resources and live a better quality of life, enhance relationships, and improve performance at work or otherwise. You deserve to be happy and experience life to the fullest. I work collaboratively to assess for problems and set goals that are attainable and workable for my clients.
