My practice specializes in helping children, adolescents, adults, couples and the family system collectively to work through and move forward past one's anxiety, depression, adjustment issues from separation/divorce or grief, social skill challenges, past trauma, addictions, obsessive compulsive issues, disruptive behaviors and attention issues. We do observations in the class setting and make recommendations to your child's teacher, to you or your school system. Making recommendations to connect all systems for your child's highest level of success. Aside from my private practice, I am currently an Adjunct Professor at GMU. I received my PhD from The Catholic University of America (CUA) and successfully defended my dissertation "Exploring Factors of Depressive Symptoms in Young Adults from Divorced Families".
