I specialize in working with adults seeking to heal from relational wounds (divorce, betrayal, abandonment, family of origin trauma, abusive or problematic romantic relationships). My therapeutic philosophy is to increase awareness of your pain points, address them collaboratively, and empower you to move toward healing and resolution through engaged and active treatment. Across my decade experience, I have worked with clients to courageously address what they have been through to get to where they dream of being- a fulfilled, connected, rich, and dynamic life. I am a recognized expert in treating traumatic divorce/separation and emotional abuse. I also specialize in childhood sexual abuse and sexual assualt recovery. I serve as an expert panelist on trauma informed care. I am an adjunct professor, supervisor, CCTP, and have training in Somatic Experience (SE), Cognitive Process Therapy, and Trauma-Focused ACT. This work can be challenging and it can take time. Who you choose to collaborate with in your evolution is a significant decision. I sincerely love what I do, and I am honored to build long-lasting deep therapeutic relationships with clients. Through this process we support healing in your relationships, well-being, fulfillment, and sense of self.
