About

Clients often say “who can I trust with my most personal and private feelings and thoughts?", "Will the counselor truly understand what I am going through?", or "I feel hurt and so alone." To seek counseling is personal. Counseling is a safe and a non-judgmental environment setting. The Therapist-Client relationship is built on trust. It allows the counseling process to be less intimidating. With that said, many everyday life events are solvable within 1 to 12 counseling sessions or as needed. Many mental health disorders are treatable and manageable. Let me help you develop a healthier approach to life as it presents itself.

I offer in-office, face to face, and/or telehealth (virtual) therapy sessions. Sessions are not recorded. It's a friendly and safe environment. Nothing is too big that together we cannot work through and resolve. Together we can resolve issues and discern internal/external resources to help you.

I am an advocate to providing equity, diversity, and inclusion. Due to COVID-19, I provide HIPPA-secured teletherapy sessions to help you during these challenging times, and if you choose, I offer in-office therapy sessions. I am observing the CDC Guidelines protocols. I look forward to meeting you, stay safe and I recommend: that you breathe and be still.
