Life can be challenging, and people often search for meaning and purpose to help them get through difficult times. As a therapist, I work with couples, individual adults, and adolescents to help them find that meaning. To me, there are three primary sources of meaning: love for oneself and others, purposeful work, and courage when faced with difficulties. I believe that addiction, aggression, and depression are often the result of a lack of understanding of our purpose in life. I'm licensed to practice in Wyoming, California, and Idaho. I believe that individuals seek therapy to overcome challenges that may be preventing them from living a full life. I also believe that therapy can be an effective way to bring about positive change. As a therapist, my goal is to help clients work through the issues that brought them to therapy and achieve the change they seek. My philosophy is to first minimize the effects of distress as quickly as possible. Second, I aim to find the root cause of my clients' distress. Lastly, I help my clients rediscover their inner strengths and purpose in life. I hope to have the opportunity to be a part of your journey.
