About

I provide a nonjudgmental, healing relationship with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, as well as those who have been abused as a child or adult. I help clients process repeating negative memories and self-judgment to achieve a positive sense of self, self-esteem, and confidence. By accepting who we are and what has happened to us, we can learn to be assertive for self and in relationships.

My areas of specialty include: Anxiety, Depression, Self-Identity, Sexual and Gender Identity and dealing with Traumatic Events. Even though the rights of women have come a long way, women continue to be overworked, overwhelmed, and spend most of their days doing things for others instead of caring for themselves.

Many individuals face issues of grief and loss or cope daily with a history of adverse experiences. When it becomes overwhelming for individuals, they lose self-esteem and confidence. They doubt themselves and their perception of their experiences. Within the healing, therapeutic relationship, individuals improve their well-being and healthy coping skills.
