These treatments are often short term and effective for the majority of people. Each client is unique, so your psychologist will collaborate with you so treatment meets your specific goals and needs. We provide effective treatment for general worries and life stress, generalized anxiety, OCD (including complex OCD), PANS/PANDAS, panic, perfectionism, depression & mood disorders, BFRBs (e.g., skin picking, hairpulling), specific fears & phobias, social anxiety, separation anxiety, depression, quality of life issues, grief, PTSD, parenting, ADHD, behavior problems, autism spectrum. We work with children, teens, adults, families, couples and parents.
