About

I enjoy working with all clients, from infants to seniors. We help people to define and achieve their personal goals. We provide assessment and counseling, offering referrals for additional services as needed. We usually work on relationship issues, both with others and with ourselves. We help define a contract with clients, including their strengths and challenges, to pinpoint the changes they would like to make. Clients have resolved marriage, divorce, custody, parenting issues, vocational and personal problems including acute and chronic depression and anxiety, and addictions. We also have had success helping people overcome various personality and social engagement issues. View 6 Photos

As a social worker and clinical and supervisory marriage and family therapist, I offer a broad range of services, working within the individual or family's personal, cultural, spiritual, and historic interrelationships and preferences. We tailor the approach to the client, using our expertise with family therapy and other modalities..

We take a personalized approach, tailoring our interventions to the specific needs of the clients in context. We also offer Anger Management and other psychoeducational services, and we have assisted with supervised visitations and reconciliations. Our services include art and play therapy, parenting support and education, and ADHD support.
