Life can be hard – it brings us times of feeling alone, scared, sad, ashamed, and uncertain. Therapy can provide us with more choices and more control when life becomes hard. Working together, we will create a safe, affirming, collaborative space where you can heal and grow. For individuals, this means exploring the story of your life so far and considering what would help you move towards the life you would like to be leading. For couples, this means aiding you to meet the challenges in your relationship in new ways and helping you to experience deeper connection, clarity, and joy. With a relational-cultural foundation, I draw on my training in Imago, narrative, interpersonal, CBT and DBT. therapies. I especially love to work with couples experiencing conflict, disconnection, and new life stages, and aiding individuals with mood, relationship, disability/medical, identity, and life transition concern Initiating therapy is a big choice. It is potentially scary, yet also expresses hope that there is another way. I am here to walk beside you, supporting you to take brave steps towards a more satisfying life.
