About

In today’s world, it is understandable that stress and anxiety levels are higher than ever before. I specialize in treating adults with stress, anxiety, perfectionism, sadness, self-doubt, and relationship issues, and I particularly enjoy working with college students, young working professionals, and parents who feel overwhelmed, isolated, and burnt out. I work collaboratively with clients to accomplish their goals as they adjust to life and role transitions, explore aspects of their personal identity, and build confidence in their ability to cope with stressors and uncomfortable emotions as they arise.

My approach is integrative and informed by psychodynamic, attachment, cognitive behavioral, and relational therapies. I am dedicated to creating a supportive and welcoming environment to help clients gain insight and awareness into their thoughts, feelings, and behavioral patterns while also exploring the impact of past experiences on current functioning.

Whether you are beginning therapy for the first time, seeking strategies to overcome new stressors, or need support in navigating complex relationships, it is my goal to build on your strengths, develop healthy coping strategies, and work together to create meaningful change.
