I am a clinical psychologist with 15 years of experience working with clients in a variety of settings and presenting with a wide range of diagnoses and concerns including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, academic and workplace issues, relationship issues, perinatal mood disorders, and parenting challenges. I have worked with children, adolescents, college students and adults. My clinical training includes Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Intensive Short Term Psychotherapy (ISTDP) and Interpersonal Psychotherapy for the Perinatal Population (IPT-P). I have advanced training and am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C). Perinatal Clients: My practice focuses on treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders as well as the transition to parenthood. I use my clinical experience and advanced training in perinatal mental health to offer supportive psychotherapy focused on improving symptoms and on helping patients navigate this period and feel more like themselves again. College students: My practice also focuses on providing therapy to college students. While college can be an inspiring time, there are factors (social, academic, relational) that can make it challenging to navigate. I use my experience in college settings and in private practice to help college students process difficult feelings and develop coping skills.
