You might be feeling overwhelmed and I wonder what it would be like for you to have someone share that space with you, rather than carrying the load on your own. I truly believe that the healing process requires both the therapist and the client to collaborate and create a blueprint that is specific to each individual’s goals and needs. Therapy is not a one size fits all and it is my intention to ensure that I see you, I am with you, and I believe in your ability to commit to your wellbeing. My therapy approach integrates Relational and Psychodynamic lens. I value my relationship with my clients as it enhances the therapeutic experience, while recognizing the importance of an individuals previous experiences. To target cognitions and coping skills, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy alongside Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I specialize in working with individuals who are experiencing grief and loss, have ongoing or previous traumatic experiences, and self-development concerns. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, substance use disorders, and neurological disorders.
