I have a commitment to utilizing culturally affirming and client centered treatment approaches. I strive to foster a safe space to openly discuss life stressors and support my clients in developing healthier and more satisfying relationships with others and most importantly with oneself. I value the benefits of a collaborative process, particularly in setting attainable goals and working at pace fitting to each individual client.
I received my doctoral level education from Loyola University Maryland. My clinical experiences have included working with clients whose life stressors have manifested in many ways, including anxiety, depression, guilt, anger, grief, low self-esteem, and relational difficulties.
As this has been an unprecedented year of strife, uncertainty and loss, it has been easy for self-care to be lost in the chaos. Your mental wellness is important, and I hope to help you achieve your mental and emotional goals.
