I am passionate about supporting individuals and families in their process of healing and growing. I am comfortable working with children and adults on a variety of issues. I believe therapy is a space for people to safely identify their challenges, develop the skills to overcome them, and celebrate these victories as they occur. I am interested in working with clients at all stages of their therapy journeys and am willing to meet clients where they are and to work on the issues that matter to them. I have a PhD in Counseling and Psychological Studies with a concentration in Crisis and Trauma Therapy and am particularly passionate about equipping clients with the skills to navigate the hardships of life. I am particularly passionate about working in rural communities and serving populations that can often be overlooked in common treatment settings. I understand that seeking treatment can be a scary process. I am hopeful that our office will be able to make this process as seamless as possible so that you are able to access the care that you deserve. I can't wait to support you in your healing journey!
