Dr. Dean (she/her) is co-owner of Triad Psychotherapy (www.triad-psych.com), a new Massachusetts-based clinic focused on supporting adult mental health. She works with either civilians or veterans who are interested in an evidence based approach to managing anxiety and/or depression, substance use disorders, trauma and other stressor disorders, or racial identity/other cultural issues. Potential clients who are hoping to utilize a nonjudgemental stance to make actionable changes and develop personal insight into their own thoughts and behaviors would benefit from Dr. Dean's therapeutic services. Broadly, her clinical specialties include anxiety disorders and trauma related conditions, cognitive behavioral therapy, substance abuse disorders, and culturally responsive care.
