I have 27+ years of experience providing various types of therapy to help others in ways that feel right and work for them. Areas of expertise include anxiety, panic, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, personality disorders, and functional neurological symptom disorder including PNES. I'm currently focused on adults, specializing with women. You deserve to be happy and lead a fulfilling life!
