I am passionate about helping people who are struggling with anxiety and depression, and who have experienced trauma find their path. Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to. I work with my clients to identify areas in their life they want to change and help them develop the tools they need in order to be successful. I want my clients to feel safe and respected as they work through various issues in order to make the changes they feel are needed to meet their goals.
