I'm Kayleigh, and I'm a Florida native! I received my PhD in Couple and Family Therapy at Nova Southeastern University. I have worked in private practice, non-profit, and school-based settings and have seen clients of all ages, ranging from children to older adults. I specialize in working with teenagers and young adults and their families, but I also love working with individuals and couples. Whether you are coming to therapy to work on a specific problem/dilemma or are looking for general growth in your life, I strive to meet you where your needs are at. In addition to being a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I'm also a certified RYT-200 yoga instructor. I often incorporate my yoga training into my systemic therapy work in an experiential way, focusing on creating a space for you to experience yourself and the world around you differently through meditation, breathwork, mindfulness, and more. My primary goal is to create an inviting yet growth-oriented space for you to move toward your goals. I want to first and foremost connect to you as a human being. From there, I highlight your strengths and resources in the therapy room to invite a specialized approach to your needs. Please feel free to call or email me with any questions!
