I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and insomnia using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). A main focus of my practice is supporting individuals navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood, providing compassionate care for new and expectant parents. People often come to me feeling stuck, helpless, and unsure of how to cope. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings while developing practical coping strategies. I combine the most effective interventions grounded in scientific research with a strengths-based and compassion-focused approach. My approach is collaborative and goal-oriented. My hope is that each client leaves therapy with a sense of confidence in their ability to tackle future obstacles and challenges. Asking for help isn’t easy and I strive to create a safe environment in which my clients feel heard and respected. Please reach out if you would like to build your personalized toolkit to help you manage your symptoms and improve your quality of life.
