About

As a Black, queer, non-binary, and neurodivergent therapist, I provide a unique perspective on navigating trauma, identity, and relationships in a world that often feels rigid and binary. I provide individual therapy to adults experiencing PTSD, anxiety, relationship problems, and emotional sensitivity. I have a passion for working with neurodivergent, BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals who have experienced challenging upbringings. I utilize techniques such as CBT, DBT, trauma-focused and insight-oriented therapy, and offer Gottman therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Conjoint Therapy for PTSD to couples.

I create a safe, affirming and culturally sensitive space to empower clients to explore their identities, redefine their goals, and embrace change. My approach integrates trauma-informed care and a strengths-based approach to helping clients overcome past adversities, strengthen their relationships, and embrace their authentic emotions.

If you're navigating life transitions, struggling with your sense of identity, or feeling the weight of past experiences, you don't have to go through it alone. Together, we can work towards a path of healing and empowerment that reflects who you are and who you want to become. Please reach out if you want to explore what support could look like for you.
