About

In my practice, I specialize in working with adults and teenagers navigating anxiety and/or depression. I also have extensive background working with neurodivergent (ADHD and Autism Spectrum) people and individuals who have been impacted by trauma. I believe in the power of insight and authenticity, meaning that the more we learn about ourselves and our relationships, the more we are able to take agency in our lives to live the kind of life we want to live. I value creating a safe, open, and authentic space in the therapy room.

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, collaborative and relational. I believe that our experiences throughout our lives impact the way that we see ourselves and our relationships. From this perspective, I work with clients to explore how their life experiences have impacted them.

I feel honored to get to do this work each day. I know that it is difficult to choose a therapist to trust, because opening up to someone new is always challenging. If you are curious about what it would be like to work with me, please feel free to reach out to set up a phone consultation. I look forward to hearing from you!
